can i use untreated pine for a chopping board

Hi. I want to make some pine platters and chopping boards from untreated pine. Sealing with walnut oil. Will this be food grade?

I won't really be cutting a lot on them just mainly presentation of meals and cutting as you eat off it. Planks and platters.
Can you help?
