Sources for wooden feastware

Hi. I belong to a medieval society and we have many feasts and camp outs where using wood utensils and dishes is encouraged.

I am looking for a source for wooden eating spoons, bowls, plates and especially goblets.

What I am wanting the most right now is eating spoons (teaspoon and tablespoon sizes as well as long handled dessert size), a soup ladle, coffee scoop, salt keeper box and a goblet. I have soup/salad bowls but will need assorted sizes of serving bowls.
