wood wine cups

Can I uses polyurethane inside the wood cups that will be used for wine.

Well that is up to you. I wouldn't as I bet little by little the finish will dissolve in the wine. Hard to beat glass for wine!

That said try walnut oil or mineral oil. Yes you will need to reapply and you will get some in your wine but it should be minimal, and it will be far safer for your health.
