Wooden Goblets and Champagne Flutes

Hello all, I am currently making wooden goblets and champagne flutes,(wooden of course), and looking for a food safe product to line the inside, they will hold alcohol drinks, what is the best product to use that doesn't alter the taste. Thank you Cossy.
